§ MR. FLAVINI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he is prepared to reduce the cost on money orders not exceeding £1 from 3d. to 2d.; if so, how soon will the change be effected?
§ MR. HANBURYI stated in this House on the 18th instant that the Government was prepared to make this change. I hope it will come into force on the 1st May.
