FIELDI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received memorials asking for an acceleration of the speed of the electric trains running from Ball's Bridge to Dalkey; and whether the Board of Trade will permit the same rate of speed as is allowed on other electric traction lines in Great Britain and Ireland?
