MCLEODI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War Whether he is aware that an officer commanding a regiment at Aldershot lately came into possession of a document showing that commissions had been paid by a firm of brewers to various persons at the Camp in connection with the sale of beer to canteens and messes; and whether an inquiry into this matter was held; and, if so, with what result?
