RUSSELLThe Local Government, Board have stated, when their opinion has been requested on this subject, that they have no jurisdiction to determine the question, but they have at the same time said that they are not prepared to advise that the chairman of a parish meeting should consider the demand as withdrawn unless the withdrawal is by all those who made the demand.
