§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYOn Friday next it will be necessary, in order to complete the financial arrangements of the year, to pass two very small Votes connected with the Army—one supplementary Vote and the other an excess Vote—and the Vote for the Navy. I shall put down the Navy Vote first.
