§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. GRAHAM MURRAY, Buteshire)A Departmental Committee has lately been considering the question of the grants from the Science and Art Department, and it was thought better to defer the question of the relations between that Department and the Scotch Education Department until the Committee had reported. I understand that it will report shortly, and the matter, which has not been lost sight of, will then receive further consideration.
