ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.The Land Commission are still in communication with the Treasury on the subject of the Rules proposed to be issued under Section 25, Sub-section (2) of the Act of last year. As soon as a settlement is arrived at in the matter there will be no delay in issuing these Rules.
