I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education if in the case of a School Board District where there is no school' and the children of the district are sent to a Voluntary School outside the district, it is legal for the School Board of the district to pay the managers of the Voluntary School an agreed sum for each child so sent?
