§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThe tolls go to Mrs. O'Donnell under the authority, it is understood, of a patent in her possession, though I am not in a position to verify this. There is no 1433 weighing machine in the village, but there are public scales. No Customs or tolls are charged for fishing boats as alleged in the last paragraph.
