§ MR. L. R. HOLLAND (Tower Hamlets, Bow and Bromley)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether his attention has been called to the hardship which will be inflicted upon members of friendly societies, accustomed to send sick pay to their members and to receive their contributions through the Post Office, by the increased commission charged on money orders of under 20s. in value; and whether he will consider the expediency of reverting to the commission of 2d. on orders under 20s. hitherto charged?
§ MR. HANBURYI must refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave on Tuesday last to the hon. Members for South Somerset and the Leominster Division of Herefordshire.
