§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (Mr. BRODRICK,) Surrey, GuildfordEighty-two prisoners in military prisons abroad received corporal punishment during the last six years. During the same period one prisoner in the military prisons at home was twice corporally punished. Returns on this point from prisons abroad have not yet been received.
