WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, as representing the Secretary for Scotland, whether the Fishery Board has yet been able to arrange with the Board of Trade the terms of the lease of the valuable and extensive mussel beds in the Clyde Estuary, off Port Glasgow; and whether, in view of the urgent demand for mussels by persons engaged in the fishing industry, care will be taken that no time is lost in prosecuting the culture of the beds?
