PEASEI beg to ask the Attorney General whether the British Administrator on the mainland strip of the British East African Protectorate acts legally when he, in accordance with the discretionary powers recently given him by Her Majesty's Government, restores to their previous masters slaves who have run away to these British administered dominions?
