§ SIR WALTER FOSTERI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether the Departmental Committee has completed its Report on the organisation of the Local Government Board; and, if so, when the Report will be circulated?
§ MR. CHAPLINI understand that the Committee have agreed to their Report, but it has not yet been received by the Board. As soon as it is received I will consider the question of its circulation.
