CAPTAIN SINCLAIR

I hog to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in reference to the extension of the trawling limit on the East coast of Scotland, and the views thereupon of the Foreign Powers who are signatories of the North Sea Convention, whether any communication has yet been addressed to any Foreign Government, alai whether any decision has been arrived at by Her Majesty's Government?

Her Majesty's Government have decided not for the present to address any communications to Foreign Governments. There are not any Papers which could with advantage be laid at this stage.
