POWER TO MAKE TRAMWAYS AND TRAMROADS.

WORK (D). A Tramroad (No. 3) 3 furlongs 7.35 chains in length commencing in the said Townland of Censure by a junction with (No. 1) at its said termination and terminating in the Townland of Howth, in the said Parish of Howth, the southern fence of the said Baily Road at a point therein about 44 yards from the north-eastern corner of the house formerly called Glenaveena hut now called Stella Maris:—

moved in relation to Work (n) to insert at the end of the paragraph and the company shall provide alongside the said Tramroad No. 3 a way for passengers on foot not less than five feet wide, provided they can obtain the land for this purpose by agreement. The promoters had assented to the words of the Amendment being inserted in the Bill.

Amendment agreed to; Bill, as Amended, ordered to be read the Third time.
