CHAPLINI find that in the report of the Medical Officer of Health of tie' district—a copy of winch has been furnished to the Local Government Board—there is an incidental reference to the subject, but I have no information as to whether terms have or have not been arranged. The matter is not one in which the Local Government Board have any jurisdiction.
