§ SIR G. OSBORNE MORGAN (Denbighshire, E.)gave notice that on an early day next Session he should ask leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Welsh Intermediate Education Act, 1889, and some of the provisions of the Endowed Schools Acts incorporated therewith.
