MACALEESEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland (1) can he state on what dates the town clerk of Bangor was absent from his duties owing to ill-health; (2) what meetings of the Commissioners was he unable to attend from the same cause; (3) who wrote up the minutes and otherwise discharged the duties in his absence; and (4) can it be stated when the Town 152 Commissioners' accounts for 1896 will be ready for audit?
