§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR,) Manchester, E.I am informed that the Committee hope to conclude taking evidence next week, and report some time in the course of the autumn. I cannot say what course will be taken on the Report until the Report is in our hands. At present I have not the slightest idea what the Report is going to be.
