HORNIMAN (Penryn and Falmouth)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can see his way to recommend to Her Majesty that the medal in commemoration of the Diamond Jubilee, which it is proposed to confer upon chairmen of county councils, mayors, and provosts, should be also conferred upon chairmen of hoards of guardians of the poor, and the chairmen1 of urban and rural district councils?
