§ On the consideration of the Lords' Amendments to this Bill,
§ MR. W. JOHNSTON (Belfast, S.)said that he desired to express his regret that the other House of Parliament should have struck out of the Bill the Clause relating to the -Women's Franchise: but, as he was aware of the necessity that existed for a proper water supply for Dublin, he would not take any further step in the matter.
