§ SIR WALTER FOSTER (Derby, Ilkeston)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether the rule which prevents candidates for the Army Medical Staff who have twice failed in the competitive examination again presenting themselves for examination has been or is to be set aside; and, if so, how many trials a candidate is to be allowed?
