M. S Britannia for criticism before being approved; whether any eminent architects have been or will be invited to submit plans for the building; and whether a fair premium or prize will be offered for the best design, so as to insure that Her Majesty's Naval Service shall be provided with a college worthy of its traditions and its fame?
§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTYThe merest sketch plans have only so far been put forward, and they are entirely tentative. No decision as to the choice of an architect has yet been taken, but the Board will not take action without the most able professional assistance which they can secure.
