McCARTANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will give a list, by way of Return or otherwise, of the gentlemen who have been appointed Sub-Commissioners under the Irish Land Laws since 1st January, 1896, and also their respective residences, former occupations, and qualifications for the office?
