PICKERSGILL (Bethnal Green, S.W.)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Prison Commissioners for Scotland will give in their annual reports in future a return of the visits paid to each prison by the Visiting Committee, in a form similar to that which has for many years been given as regards Irish prisons, and which the Home Secretary has recently promised to give in future as regards English prisons?
