§ MR. RITCHIEI have communicated with the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses on the subject of the hon. Member's Question; but I am informed that they are not aware of a danger to navigation known as the "South Shoal" off Hoy Head, Orkney. Perhaps the hon. Member will supply some information which will enable me to identify the rock to which he refers.
