MR. PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether attendants at present in charge of lunatics in Irish workhouses would be eligible for service in the auxiliary asylums to be established under the proposed Poor Law Relief Bill?
