§ MR. CHAPLINPayments to the Local Taxation Account for the purpose of the Agricultural Rates Act, 1896, have been commenced. The payments of the grant to the spending authorities in respect of the half year commencing on April 1st next will be paid either next month or early in the half-year referred to.
