§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI think it improbable any time will be taken up this Session in connection with the Manœuvres Bill. The House will be asked to deal with a great many military matters in connection with another Bill, and the Manœuvres Bill will probably not be proceeded with for the present.
