PLNKERTON (Galway)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he is aware that a considerable number of land cases were heard before the Sub-Commission Court in Ballymena on 5th November 1896, and that no decisions have yet been given; and if he can explain the reason why these decisions have been so long delayed?
