Pay, etc., of Indian Troops at Suakim.
2. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £145,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge for the repayment to the Government of India of the extra expenses incurred in connection with the employment of Indian Troops at Suakim, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1897.
