I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether, and, if so, when, he proposes to introduce a Bill to extend to Scotland the provisions of the Post Office Amendment Act, 1895?

I hope that I may be able to introduce a Bill this session which will deal with the matter to which the hon. Member refers.
