I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will lay upon the Table of this House the text of the Arbitration Treaty between this country and the United States as recently signed?

If the hon. Member will put a Motion upon the Paper for the production of the Treaty, Her Majesty's Government will have no objection to lay it on the Table.
