§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYIn answer to the Question of my hon. and gallant Friend, I have to say that we find great difficulty in merely extending the existing law which operates on land to cases contemplated in his Question, but I am in communication with the Attorney General to find a way out of the difficulty.
