§ MR. RITCHIEThe preparation of the Return to which the right Hon. Baronet refers is being expedited as much as possible, but, having regard to the fact that many of the particulars necessary for its compilation will not reach the Registrar General until next month, I fear the Return cannot be placed on the Table before July.
