PICKERSGILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether Papers will be presented to Parliament relating to the recent partition of the Jhalawar State, and the annexation of the larger portion of it to the State of Kotah; and whether he will include in these Papers copies of the Dispatches of the Government of India initiating these measures, and of the replies of the Secretary of State in Council confirming the annexation, with any dissents in either case; and whether he will also include a copy of the Treaty by which Jhalawar was established as a separate State in 1838?
