That a sum, not exceeding £80,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during

the year ending on the 31st day of March 1898, for a grant in aid of the expenses connected with the celebration of the Sixtieth Anniversary of Her Majesty's Accession.
