GENERAL, LAURIE (Pembroke and Haverfordwest)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether there is any reason for the delay in publishing the Appendices to the final Report of the Royal Commission on Vaccination, the Report having been issued in August last; and, if a probable date can be given for the publication of the Appendices, and of the concluding volume or volumes of Minutes of Evidence?
