WEIRI beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the road between Carloway and Stornoway, island of Lewis, initiated by the last Conservative Government, remains unfinished in consequence of the original grant being insufficient; and whether arrangements will be made to provide the sum required for the completion of the road?
