The Comptroller of the Household reported Her Majesty's answer to the humble Address of the 26th March, as followeth:
I have received your Address praying that I will withhold My consent from the Statute made by the Governing Body of Oriel College, Oxford, altering Statute IV. of the Statutes of the College by the insertion after the 18th Clause of a new Clause numbered 18a. I will comply with your advice.
