Resolved,
That it is expedient to authorise the Secretary of State in Council of India to contribute, out of the Revenues of India, such sums as may be required to meet certain liabilities under any Act of the present Session to make provision for the transfer of the Assets, Liabilities and Management of the Regular Widows' Fund and of the Elder Widows' Fund to the Secretary of State in Council of India.
