§ LORD BALCARRES (Lancashire, Chorley)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the advisability of allowing the mounted branches of the service to wear their shabracques when on duty connected with the commemoration of the sixtieth anniversary of Her Majesty's reign?
§ MR. BRODRICKAs the wearing of shabracques has been discontinued except in the Household Cavalry, it is not considered advisable that they should be worn on this occasion.
