§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. J. ATKINSON, Londonderry)said that, as the law stood, jurors at Quarter Sessions were frequently obliged to attend when there was really no business, and the result was that very great inconvenience was caused. This Bill relieved jurors of that attendance and provided proper machinery.
