reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Humble Address of the 7th May, as followeth:— I have received your Address praying that I will withhold My consent from that part of the Charity Commissioners' scheme dealing with Cowley's Charity (at Donington, in Lincolnshire) which refers to the establishment of a Commercial and Agricultural School at Donington. I will comply with your advice.
