§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI cannot give the hon. Gentleman any definite answer as to the matters to be referred to the Select Committee on Local Taxation, but I think that the reference will probably embrace all the incidents naturally connected with Local Taxation. ["Hear, hear!"]
