Reed, of 14, Maxwell Road, Fulham, whose goods are alleged to have been seized on Tuesday 14th April, to defray a fine and costs under the Vaccination Acts, and sold on the evening of the same day; and, whether, such a sale is a sale by public auction under the provisions of the Act?
