§ SIR GEORGE BADEN-POWELLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he could state in which of the Colonies Income Tax is now levied; and whether a Return could be prepared and presented to Parliament indicating the colony, the statute authority, the rate of the tax, and whether levied by domicile of person or locality of property taxed?
