reported Her Majesty's Answer to the humble Address of the 9th March, as followeth:— I have received your Address praying that I will withhold My assent to so much of the Scheme for the management of the funds contributed for the purpose of the Central Welsh Board by the County Governing Bodies established by Schemes made under The Welsh Intermediate Act, 1889, as relates to the matter of the Meyrick Fund. I will comply with your advice.
