Ordered, That the Bill be committed to the Select Committee on London Water Companies Bills.—(Mr. Chaplin.)

MR. BIGWOOD (Middlesex, Brentford) moved:— That it he an Instruction to that Committee to insert a provision whereby, before the company can acquire any portion of the Alexandra Park Estate, to which the public have rights of user and access under Section '25 of the Muswell Hill Estate and Railways Act, 1866, the company shall provide adjacent land equal in area and value to that which they propose to take.

Objection was taken to the consideration of the Instruction, and

remarked that as the Instruction was not down by Order it could not be taken to-day.
